-Retainer fee is due at booking .

Payment can be made in full or 50% Retainer of your session (Retainer is non refundable and applied to full session cost) *Mini/Seasonal/Special Promo sessions due in full at booking (non refundable)

-You only have 2 times to reschedule before paying deposit again. That doesn’t included weather changes. (Rain , snow etc ). If it does rain , snow , sleet , bad winds etc. I will reschedule you or refund your remaining fee. -No show no call , will result in no session and no rebooking.

- late fee $25 ( 10 mins ). After 10 mins I will leave location. And payment will be used as retaining fee. - if your needing to reschedule I will hold your retainer up to 3 months. Remember you only have two times to reschedule.

- Typically within 1 week turnaround for images.

-mini sessions non refundable

-regular session Retainer is non refundable.

Travel fee included outside 20 miles. $25 per 20 miles. ( Ex- Round trip is 40 miles = $50 travel fee)

-Refunds : due to any cancellations, refunds will be sent 15-30 business days post session date. It will be refunded to original payment method. (Does not include non refundable deposits or mini sessions)
